Binibigyang halaga sa pistang ito ang naggagandahang bulaklak kung saan kilala ang lungsod na ito. Nagsimula ang pagdiriwang ng Panagbenga noong 1995. Isinagawa ng pistang ito para maiangat muli ang Lungsod ng Baguio mula sa malagim na lindol noong 1990. Maraming gawain ang makikita sa pagdiriwang ng Panagbenga. Ang pinakasikat at inaabangang gawain tuwing pista ng bulaklak ay ang parada. Kasama sa paradang ito ay sayawan sa kalsada at pagtugtog ng mga banda. Pinakabida sa paradang ito ang mga higanteng karosa na puno ng mga magaganda at mababangong bulaklak. Sa paggawa ng karosang ito, ipinakikita ng mga Pilipino ang kanilang pagiging malikhain at pagiging matulungin. Ipinaparada ang mga ito sa malalaking kalsada ng lungsod. Maraming mga taong galing pa sa iba’t ibang bahagi ng Pilipinas ang dumadayo sa Baguio upang mapanood ito.

Nik is from Haiti and moving to America to go to school. He is excited to meet his new family, 3 brothers and 2 sisters and a dog. He is very scared to leave Haiti. Nik was scared on the plane but loved seeing the big city lights. He liked his new home, it was bigger than hes ever seen. The washing machine and dryer was very scary to him because he had never seen one before. His dog Luna was sweet and friendly. All of the food is very different. He didn't like ice cream or cake but he loved spaghetti and pizza. Nik was both excited and sad at bedtime. He's never had a room or a bed to himself so it was a little scary. His new mom stayed with him until he was ready for sleep. As he lied there alone, looking at the stars in the sky, he wasn't scared anymore because he knew his family in Haiti was looking at the same stars.

Es war einmal im idyllischen Hohenlohe dort lebten zwei unzertrennliche Freunde, Max und Sea. Sea, ein ruhiger und besonnener Junge, und Max, ein quirliger und verspielter Bursche. Beide hatten ein gemeinsames Hobby: Kunstradfahren! Sie verbrachten jede freie Minute in der kleinen Turnhalle des malerischen Dorfes Öhringen um ihre Fähigkeiten zu verbessern und für den großen Wettkampf die Kunstrad-Weltmeisterschaft zu trainieren. Sea, der neun Jahre alt war, war für seinen Fleiß und seine Beständigkeit bekannt. Er hatte immer einen klaren Plan, wenn es um seine Übungen ging. "Max, lass uns heute an unserem Handstand arbeiten. Wenn wir das perfektionieren, können wir die Jury beeindrucken!", sagte er mit einem ernsten Blick. Max, der erst acht Jahre alt war, sprudelte vor Energie. "Handstand? Das klingt nach Spaß! Aber lass uns auch ein paar coole Tricks üben. Vielleicht können wir einen neuen Rekord aufstellen!" Er grinste und machte einen Pirouetten-Salto auf seinem Rad. Die beiden Freunde hatten viel Zeit miteinander verbracht und waren ein hervorragendes Team. Sea brachte Max Disziplin und Geduld bei, während Max Sea half, das Spiel und die Freude am Kunstradfahren nicht zu vergessen. Gemeinsam bildeten sie ein unschlagbares Duo. Eines Nachmittags, während sie im Park trainierten, bemerkten sie eine große Menschenmenge. Neugierig fuhren sie näher und sahen, dass eine berühmte Kunstradfahrerin, die Weltmeisterin Claudia, eine Autogrammstunde gab. Sea und Max waren begeistert. "Stell dir vor, wenn wir eines Tages auch so berühmt werden!", rief Max und sprang vor Freude in die Luft. Die Arena war voll mit Zuschauern, und die Aufregung war förmlich greifbar. Mit jedem Trick und jeder Bewegung zogen sie das Publikum in ihren Bann. Ihr Zusammenspiel war harmonisch und kraftvoll.

Tout à coup, un coup de vent souffle fort et emporte le chapeau de Lou. "Oh non!" s'exclame Lou. "Mon chapeau s'envole!" Roux rit et dit, "Ne t'inquiète pas, Lou. Nous allons le retrouver!" Ils courent après le chapeau, traversant les sous-bois et les prairies. En chemin, ils rencontrent un troupeau de moutons. Les moutons, curieux, suivent Lou et Roux dans leur quête. Finalement, ils trouvent le chapeau accroché à une branche de houx. Lou est très heureux. "Merci, Roux, et merci à vous, les moutons!" dit-il. "Quelle aventure amusante!" Et ainsi, Lou et Roux continuent à jouer de la musique, apportant joie et rires à tous les animaux du village.
