One quiet afternoon, Lina and her parents ventured into a part of the forest they had never explored before. The trees were tall and covered in vines, and the air smelled fresh and earthy. While walking, Lina noticed a peculiar wooden sign that read: "To those who seek wonder, follow the trail of glowing mushrooms." Intrigued, she convinced her parents to follow the path. The glowing mushrooms led them to an ancient wooden bridge over a sparkling creek. As they crossed, a small voice called out, "Wait!" Turning around, they saw a tiny fox with golden fur and bright eyes. "My name is Arlo," said the fox. "If you're here, you're meant to see the heart of the Forest of Wonders. But only the kind and brave may enter." Arlo guided them deeper into the forest, where they faced small challenges. At one point, Lina solved a puzzle carved on a rock that unlocked a hidden gate. Another time, she helped a trapped bird untangle its wing from a vine, earning the gratitude of the forest creatures. Finally, they reached a clearing where a giant tree stood, its leaves glowing like fireflies. At the base of the tree was a pool of crystal-clear water. "This is the heart of the forest," Arlo said. "It grants wisdom and strength to those who respect its magic." Lina touched the water, and it shimmered. She didn’t make a wish but instead thanked the forest for its beauty and adventure. The tree glowed brighter, as if acknowledging her gratitude. As the sun began to set, Arlo led them back to the forest edge. "Remember, the magic of the forest lives in your kindness and courage," he said before disappearing into the shadows. Lina and her parents returned to their campsite, feeling inspired and closer than ever. Miko is a bright, lively and friendly meerkat. He loves popping and looking out of burrows to explore the Kalahari. Miko likes moving from place to place and can’t stay still! Lou is a clever lizard; she loves to imagine the stars in the sky so much that she sometimes forgets to listen in class. Miko and Lou are different from their friends because they both have ADHD Miko struggled to stay still in class. He was always digging burrows and often got distracted during his How to Spot a Predator class. Lou also struggled in class. She couldn’t focus on her Sun Safety class because she was easily distracted by the clouds in the sky and often forgot to take down her homework.After visiting Dr Wild the Wildebeest, Miko and Lou learnt to do things that would help them to manage their ADHD. Although Miko and Lou struggled in class, their ADHD is now an advantage!Miko became the captain of the sand surfing team and had the fastest record in the desert! Miko was also top of his insect tracking class and created the first ever pair of insect spy goggles that could see different insect tracks and tell you what type of insect you are looking at!Lou enjoyed stargazing so much that she was top of the class for astronomy and could name every constellationEven though Miko and Lou had some tough times with their ADHD, they both learnt cool tricks to help them feel better and do their best. They have support from their parents, teachers and classmates. But the best part was that they could count on each other! Miko and Lou learnt how to handle their ADHD together and were always there to help each other when things got tough.

Nurse Cassandra explained that they were made of medical-grade titanium, safe and gentle on the skin. Body Autonomy & Calming Techniques Nurse Cassandra knelt down. “Ellie Rae, your body belongs to you. If you’re ready and give me permission, we can start.” Ellie Rae took a deep breath. “Yes, I’m ready.” Sensing a little nervousness, Nurse Cassandra led them through a breathing exercise. “Breathe in through your nose… and out through your mouth. Hi, I’m Karots, the Welsh pony, and though I may be a bit older now, I still have a mischievous streak! As a lesson pony, I spend my days teaching children not just how to ride but how to stay alert and on their toes! My mornings start like anyone else's—with breakfast, but don’t dare give me food I don’t like, or I’ll simply refuse to eat! After my meal, I play with my pony pals—biting, kicking, and running around wildly—it’s our favorite way to bond! Then, the real fun begins. I know when the children arrive, and I can’t wait to greet them. I like to test my new two-legged friends as soon as they put the halter on, by bolting out of the stall. Sometimes I run so fast I lift them right off their feet—what a ride! Of course, if they let go of the lead rope, it’s FREEDOM! I trot around like the star of my own parade, and the humans reward me with carrots and cookies for my stellar performance. Once they catch me, it’s time for the next round of fun in the arena. I make sure their ride is exciting—no boring trotting in circles for me! I prefer zig-zag patterns, spontaneous canters, and inserting my head or leg through the fence, just to make them squeal. I’ve also mastered the art of picking up branches, just to see how long I can hold on while they try to pry them from my mouth! Of course, after all that fun, I always end the day with good behavior. The children un-tack me, give me lots of scratches (the human version of chewing, I’ve learned), and most importantly, plenty of carrots. After all, carrots are a Karots’ favorite treat!

She talks to Minnie the pomeranian who is only worried about when she gets her next meal. Finally she walks into Allie's room where Allie is playing with her breyer horses. Allie sees that Ella is scared and knows she heard the sound of her mother running the garbage disposal so she takes Ella in her arms to show her it was nothing at all and she shouldnt' let her imagination run wild and make her scared.
