Mom and Dad’s incredible journey begins in Portugal, where they meet in 2019 at a 3D design course—Mom was 28 and teaching interior design classes, and Dad, 27, was dreaming of becoming an architect in Canada. In 2021, during the pandemic, they find a farm in Salmon Arm, BC, where they work in exchange for food and shelter, making their dream of moving to Canada a reality. Mom even adopts two lambs from the farm! They make many wonderful friends in Salmon Arm, and four months later, with a trusty Pontiac Aztec, they find jobs in Vancouver and Abbotsford and settle in Surrey. On May 28, 2022, they get married on a beautiful farm in Salmon Arm, surrounded by both their families and friends. Two years later, they become permanent residents and buy a cozy apartment near Gateway Station in Surrey in 2023. By 2024, their lives take a magical turn—Mom is pregnant! On October 24, baby David is born, a healthy 4.5 kg bundle of joy. Mom’s parents fly in from Portugal to help, while Dad’s parents adore David from afar. Ty’s dad is finishing his nighttime story – ending with “Because it had never snowed in dinosaur land before” – he helps him put his tooth under his pillow for the tooth fairy to exchange for money. Ty pretends to be asleep and when the fairy comes to do the exchange, he sneaks into her bag and hides there until they are in Tooth Town. Once they got to tooth town, Ty sneaks out of her bag and begins to explore. A vault, with kid’s names on drawers surrounding him, when he opens one of them he sees teeth. He is quickly spotted and a chase begins. Tooth fairies are flying after him around the vault he runs right into Tessa who takes him to see his family’s teeth She shows his parents and his older brothers teeth and explains that teeth hold memories from childhood and the tooth fairies preserve them, to keep their inner child alive. Tessa takes Ty back to his room before morning.

I due alunni coinvolti nella lite, dopo essere stati aiutati dallo psicologo Giuliano a riflettere sul loro comportamento, vanno dal Preside per chiedere scusa. Grazie alla donazione di un benefattore il progetto di ascolto viene finanziato fino alla fine dell'anno scolastico. Come simbolo di serenità e unione nel cortile della scuola viene collocata la "panchina viola della gentilezza" per tutto il personale della scuola.

One day there was this kid named Xayden. Xayden went to the park one day and wanted to shoot some basketball. There was one issue though, he wasn’t very good at basketball. In fact Xayden wasn’t good at all. Some other guys saw him missing and started laughing at him. They made fun of him and started calling him names. When they left, a kid named Blaise went over to Xayden and asked him if he wanted help to get better at basketball. Xayden was lit up with joy and immediately said yes! Xayden did some drills with Blaise and started making his shots. After working with Blaise almost every shot seemed to go Xaydens way. The next day, the same guys that were making fun of Xayden came back to the park. Xayden wanted to show them how good he was, so he asked them if they wanted to play a game. Xayden was obliterating them , doing behind the back, in between the legs, shooting threes, layups, and making all of them! Xayden and Blaise ended up winning and one of the guys even ran away. The other guy couldn’t except defeat and said “ Well…well… I’m still better than you!”. Xayden became a great basketball player.
