"Yoga helps us feel strong, calm, and ready for fun!" Page 3: First, Sam showed them the Seahorse Stretch. "Stand tall like a seahorse, with your back straight and your head up high. Take a deep breath in... and then out!" Sam demonstrated, and his friends followed, feeling the gentle stretch. Page 4: Next, they all tried the Wave Flow. "Pretend you’re a wave," Sam said. "As you breathe in, raise your arms up like a wave rising high. As you breathe out, let your arms flow back down." Daisy, Ollie, and Tilly swayed like ocean waves, feeling peaceful and light. Page 5: Finally, Sam introduced his favorite, Starfish Breathing. "Let’s make a star shape with our bodies," Sam instructed. They spread their arms and legs wide. "Now, let’s trace our star," Sam said, "Breathe in as you trace up one arm, and breathe out as you go down the next." Page 6: As they traced their star shapes, breathing in and out, everyone felt calm and relaxed. "Yoga helps us feel like we’re floating on a gentle wave," Sam said with a smile. "It’s the best way to start our day!" Page 7: When they finished, they all lay down on the soft, sandy sea floor in the Resting Reef Pose. "This is how we end our yoga," Sam whispered. "Just close your eyes and listen to the ocean’s lullaby." Page 8: As the waves whispered around them, Sam and his friends felt happy and peaceful. "Yoga with friends is so much fun," they all agreed. "Let’s do it again tomorrow!" And with that, they drifted off into a restful, dreamy sea, ready for a day filled with ocean adventures.

DO NOT APPROACH ME, OTHERWISE, I WILL START FIRING MY LASER-GUNS!"

Ekin and his father Ender went for a walk in the forest. It was a crisp morning, and the sunlight filtered through the canopy of trees, creating a serene atmosphere. While he slept they started to glow. The next morning they were glowing so brightly. The whole family held hands and rubbed the stones. Suddenly they were taken back in time to when dinosaurs roamed the earth. The dinosaurs were friendly. Ezra rode with Mummy on the back of a Brachiosaurus, Leo rode with Daddy on the back of a Triceratoos, and Moo and Pops each rode on Stegosaurus. The played all kinds of games with the dinosaurs. They helped one dinosaur to hatch from an egg. They also helped to feed a baby dinosaur. As it got dark it was time to go home. The all held hands and rubbished the black volcanic rocks again and were transported back in time to day.

there was once a girl who was really hairy and when she goes to school she gets bullied from all of her hair. I see this happen and the next day i went see her and I told her to be herself. She then told me she was a gorilla and I said that she should be herself. She goes home and shaves all her hair off. The next day at school everyone loved her.she even got a date with Gordy.she ends up not going on the date because she didn’t want him to find out that she was a gorilla! She ended up not going on the date.the next day when she woke up she was hairy again.she ended up being herself at school and then she relized that being herself is better than anything else!!!

I am hungry, and you are food!” The snake ate as many fish as he could and slithered out of the river, his belly full. 3. 3 MEETING THE RABBIT At the river's edge, he saw a mother rabbit feeding her baby. Rabbit: “Please don't eat me, Mr. Snake. My baby needs me. She is too small to take care of herself alone.” Snake: “I only care about my hunger!” 4. THE CLEVER SQUIRREL AND BIRD High in a tree, a squirrel saw what was happening and called his friend, a bird. “We need to stop the snake Squirrel: “We need to stop the snake.” Bird: “Oh, mighty snake! did you know there’s a treasure hidden under the big oak tree? Only the strongest can find it!” 5. 5 FINDING THE TREASURE Curious and proud, the snake slithered to the oak tree, leaving the rabbit behind. He dug and dug but found nothing. Snake: “Where is the treasure?” Bird: “The treasure isn’t gold. It’s kindness.” Squirrel: “That's true. True strength comes from helping others, not hurting them.” 6. A NEW BEGINNING The snake thought about the fish and the rabbit and felt ashamed. “I want to be better,” he said. He apologized to the rabbit and promised to change. From that day on, the snake became friends with the squirrel, bird, rabbit, and even the fish. Together, they showed the forest that kindness is the greatest treasure.

"Bad Dog Spud!" quacked the ducks as they paddled away. Next, he spotted pies sitting on a windowsill. Spud snuck up and stole a pie, gobbling it up "Bad Dog Spud!" cried the baker But Spud's happiest moment came when he spotted the school bus. Spud took off after the bus. The children laughed but the bus driver shook his head and said, "Bad Dog Spud!" Spud's mischief only seemed to grow. He chased squirrels, dug up flower beds, and even tried to sneak into the local butcher’s shop. "Bad Dog Spud!" scolded the shop owner as he shooed him away. He went home, as he drifted off to sleep with dreams of more adventures. Despite his mischievous ways, there was no dog quite like Spud.
