Once upon a time, in a cozy little forest, there lived a brave little bunny named Luna. Luna loved hopping through the meadows, nibbling on sweet clover, and playing with her friends. But there was one thing Luna loved most of all – her shiny, sparkly star pendant. She wore it everywhere, and it made her feel safe and happy, just like your pacifier. One day, Luna's forest friends were planning a big adventure to climb Rainbow Hill. It was the tallest hill in the forest, and from the top, you could see the entire world below. Luna was very excited, but she noticed that whenever she tried to hop high or climb, her pendant would bounce and sometimes get tangled, slowing her down.

Once upon a time in a magical forest, there lived a special bird named Melody. Melody was no ordinary bird– it could talk and sing! Melody loved to explore different cultures and their music. There was a frog named Sammy. Sammy was a happy frog, he loved to splash in his little pond and swim around. His friend, Flipp the Duck, was his best friend. They lived together in their little pond. Sammy hopped around and Flipp paddled through the water. They played hard all day splashing around and then slept on the sandy bank. One day Sammy brought up the fact that they hadn’t gotten rain for a while. Flipp agreed but they shrugged it off and continued to play. They continued to think to themselves that it would rain but after a week they still hadn’t gotten rain. Their pond began to dry up. One day Sammy and Flipp woke up and when they walked down to their pond excited to play, they were met with a dry hole. What was once their pond was now a giant muddy hole. Sammy couldn’t believe it “what are we going to do without a pond?” he muttered. Flipp began to say, “maybe it will rain and then it will fill back up”. Sammy agreed and he and Flipp sat in their muddy hole waiting for even the slightest drop of rain. Days passed without any rain the days were filled with boredom, Sammy began to ask, “will it ever rain?” Flipp responded “it will one day we just have to be patient”. One day while Flipp was curled up and Sammy was staring at the sky, Sammy felt a small drop on his forehead. “Flipp get up I felt a drop!” he screamed, Flipp perked up and looked at the sky more drops began to fall. They both stood up and started leaping with joy as it began to rain harder and harder. They watched as their pond slowly filled back up Sammy yelled “cannon ball!” and jumped in, Flipp watched and couldn’t wait any longer and then he splashed into their pond. They both splashed each other as the rain began to fall even harder. Every day they would play in their pond, and it continued to rain every day for them and they never had to worry about a dry pond again.

Ipinakita ni Timey Tommy ang kanyang sariling mukha na hugis-orasan. Ang maikling kamay niya ay nakaturo sa 8, at ang mahabang kamay niya ay nakaturo sa 12. "Kapag ang mahabang kamay ay nasa 12, ito ay tinatawag na ‘O’clock’! Ibig sabihin, ang oras ay 8:00!" paliwanag ni Timey Tommy. "Ah! Kaya pala! Kapag ang maikling kamay ay nasa 3 at ang mahabang kamay ay nasa 12, ibig sabihin ay 3:00!" tuwang-tuwang sagot ni Lia. "Tama! Ngayon, handa ka nang malaman ang tamang oras!" sabi ni Timey Tommy. Mula noon, hindi na nalilito si Lia sa pagbabasa ng orasan. Lagi niyang naaalala ang sinabi ni Timey Tommy: “Ang maikling kamay ay para sa oras, at ang mahabang kamay ay para sa minuto!” ________________________________________

Page 1: Miko the Meerkat and Lizzy the lizard live in the hot and dry Kalahari Desert. Page 2: Miko and Lizzy are best friends and do everything together! Page 3: Miko is a bright (lively) and friendly meerkat. ( he loves popping and looking out of burrows to explore the Kalahari ) (Miko likes moving from place to place and can’t stay still!) Page 4: Lizzy is a clever lizard ( she loves to imagine about the stars in the sky so much that she sometimes forgets to listen in class ) whose mind never stopped racing. Page 5: Miko and Lizzy are different from their friends because they both have ADHD! Page 6: Miko struggled to stay still in class. He was always digging burrows and often got distracted during his How to Spot a Predator class. Page 7: Lizzy also struggled in class, she couldn’t focus on her sun safety class (she was easily distracted by the clouds in the sky and often forgot to take down her homework ) because of how fast her thoughts were moving. Page 8: (Miko and Lizzy struggled in class but their ADHD was an advantage!) After visiting Dr Wild, the Wildebeest, Miko and Lizzy learnt to do things that would help them to manage their ADHD. Page 9: Miko became the captain of the sand surfing team and had the fastest record in the desert! Miko was also top of his insect tracking class and created the first ever pair of insect spy goggles that could see different insect tracks and tells you what type of insect you are looking at! Page 10: Lizzy enjoyed stargazing so much that she was top of the class for astronomy and could name every constellation. Page 11: Even though Miko and Lizzy had some tough times with their ADHD, they both learnt cool tricks to help them feel better and do their best.

a 6 year old girl helps her grandpa water the apple trees in their garden, the trees are planted in a straight line by the edge of the garden and there is a water way that goes all the way from the first tree to the last. the little girl watches the water flow in this waterway while her grandpa takes a nap under the trees. she starts noticing small things on the water like a leaf one day and an ant or a small bug on the leaf floating as the water keeps flowing, she imagines herself as this ant and imagines all the fear and anxiety it must feel by being on that leaf floating away from everything it knows but also the adventures and new worlds that awaits on the journey.
