What are you doing?” “We’re having a muddy fun time!” Bud said, splashing more mud. Pup wagged his tail. “I want to join!” Gus and Bud laughed. “Okay, Pup! Jump in!” Pup jumped right into the puddle, sending mud flying. They all rolled and played until they were covered in mud from head to toe. After a while, they decided it was time to clean up. “Let’s go back to my house,” said Gus. “We can wash off in the tub!” When they got to Gus's house, his mom chuckled at the sight of the muddy friends. “Oh my! What happened to you three?” “We had the best fun in the puddle!” Gus exclaimed, grinning. Nursezim, a 10-year-old girl, lived in a village with lovely scenery and pleasant summers. She is a very intelligent, kind, and industrious girl. Nursezim looks after her younger sister Jansezim in addition to helping her mother with housework. Nursezim's mother was a modest housewife, while her father was a farmer. Nursezim excelled academically and assisted her father in the tomato field during her leisure time. Since fifth grade, Nursezim had a strong desire to study English. She begins receiving extra instruction from her English teacher. The fact that Nursezim spends time in extra lessons and completes extra assignments in addition to his schoolwork annoys her parents. They insist that their daughter take care of their siblings, assist around the house, and focus more on the family business. When a diligent girl told her instructor about her family circumstances, the teacher suggested that she attend extra lessons once a week and do the other assignments at home. An overseas investor was brought home by a friend of his father one day. A foreign visitor begs his father to accompany him to the tomato field so he may see the plantation. However, he was incomprehensible to his father, who did not speak English. Nursesim saved the day at this point by speaking with his father and the investor. At the moment, Nursezim is the one who interacts with investors, and her father sells the majority of his goods to other nations. Being able to support her father in this way makes Nursesim proud.

One sunny morning in the village of Greenfield, Tristan and his friend Reuben were playing hide-and-seek near the ancient oak tree. As they searched for the perfect hiding spot, Tristan noticed something glittering in the grass. "What's that?" Tristan wondered aloud, picking up the shiny object. It was a small, golden crown with sparkling jewels. "It looks like a crown," Reuben said, wide-eyed. He knew he had to be brave to help Mr. Jenkins and find a way to get him out. "Reuben, grab that rope!" Tristan said, pointing to a nearby coil of rope left by a visiting traveler. Together, they carefully lowered the rope into the hole. With a strong tug and a lot of effort, they managed to pull Mr. Jenkins out. "Thank you, boys," Mr. Jenkins said gratefully, dusting himself off. "You were both very brave." As they walked back to the village, Tristan felt a sense of pride and accomplishment. He realized that bravery wasn't just about finding a lost crown or facing scary things—it was about helping others when they needed it most. That night, as Tristan tucked himself into bed, his mum smiled warmly at him. "You showed great courage today, Tristan," she said. "And remember, true bravery comes from a kind heart." Tristan nodded, feeling amazing and full of life. He earned a sticker medal for his bravery, which he proudly stuck on the last page of his adventure book.
