One sunny afternoon, two children named Yanna and Sabrina asked their Grandmother Elizabeth to tell a story. “Granny, can you tell us a story?” the two girls asked Beaming with excitement, their Granny agreed and took them in a room full of books, a hidden gem of her house. Granny sat on her favorite rocking chair as she picked her all-time favorite book,“The Enchanted Adventure”. “Once upon a time,” Granny started, and the girls suddenly felt a gentle breeze… As they opened their eyes, they found themselves surrounded by big trees, blooming flowers, animals and just pure nature. “Wow!” (girls) Together, they began a journey they never thought they would experience.

Ever since this dinosaur cracked from his egg, his life long dream is to be a dancer. His father tells him dinosaurs dont dance but his mothers tells him to follow his dreams. Danny the dinosaur runs away from home and encounters many different dancing animals on the way to the Dance competition. he passes a jitterbug that trys ot teach him how to dance but he fails, he meets a chicken that trys to teach him the Chicken dance but he can't do it, while taking a bath in the lake he meets a crab that tries to teach him how to do the crab walk and fails and finally meets a worm that tries to teach him the break dancing move called the worm and he fails. when he finally gets to the competition he was very nervous because unlike the other animals he didn't have Dinosaur dance. Danny signed up for the competion and his family was there, the jitterbug, the worm, the crab and the chicken all came to cheer him on. Danny gets on stage and closed his eyes while the music started paly in front of the judges. He slightly bent his knees, extended his arms out to the side then quickly straightened his legs stomping his paws on the stage with his hands up over his head. He kept repeating in a stomping motion lowering and raising his hands. At fist the audience and the judges were frightened until Danny starts to do this to the beat of the music. Then the audience started to do it with him. When the music ended Danny stood there with his hands in the air with head to the sky. One judge started to clap then all the judges started to clap and the audience broke into a loud roar of enthusiasm. The judges gave Danny all 10's across board. His mother was so proud, and his father apologized for telling not to chase his dream. The moral of the story is to always go after your dreams. Your vision may not be someone's else's vision. Danny created the "Dinosaur STOMP"

One day, while working in the field, the old man met a magical creature who promised to grant him three wishes. The old man was thrilled and ran home to tell his wife. They decided to think carefully about their wishes. But as they sat by the fire discussing, the old man became hungry and, without thinking, wished for a sausage. In an instant, a sausage appeared on the table. His wife was furious and began scolding him for wasting a wish. In her anger, she wished the sausage would stick to his nose—and, suddenly, it did! Now they had only one wish left, and the poor man was left with a sausage stuck to his nose. They had no choice but to use the last wish to remove it. And so, they returned to having nothing but their little hut and their cow, just as before. From that day on, they learned to think twice before making any hasty wishes.

Light spilled from its windows, and inside, a man and woman moved together, their faces kind but lined with sadness. Something about the house felt safe. One evening, Rosie collapsed near their yard, her body trembling, too tired to move. The man stepped outside, crouching near her with a plate of food. Rosie dragged herself forward, eating for the first time in days, her body shaking with the effort. “Poor thing,” the woman said softly, reaching out her hand but not touching Rosie right away. Her fingers smelled warm and gentle, not like the world Rosie knew.he next morning, the couple wrapped her in a soft towel. After a failed bath—Rosie’s terrified scratches proving her fear—the man carried her to the rescue vet. Humans poked and prodded, but their hands were kind. Medicine tasted bitter, but it brought relief. Back at the house, Rosie was given a warm crate, soft food, and quiet care. Over the weeks, Rosie began to heal. Her breathing eased, and her strength returned. The woman sang softly to her, and the man would talk about how they’d needed something to care for. Rosie didn’t understand their words, but she felt their love. In return, she showed them her gratitude—purring on their laps, curling at their feet, and bringing laughter to their quiet home.The man spoiled her with toys, and though the woman teased him, she soon did the same. Mina is a half Korean and Half Vietnamese girl who is learning about the Vu Lan Festival that is celebrated on June 15th. She sees her parents setting up an altar and preparing food and learns to make a sweet rice cake with her mother. She is told that the festival is meant to honor parents and ancestors with offerings made at home and at the Vietnamese temple. Her family visits a temple and prays. Afterwards, they light and hang a paper lantern on a tree. The next day the family packs up old clothes and toys to give to their local Vietnamese charity. Mina is happy to remember her ancestors and help others, looking forward to doing it again next year
