Her curiosity takes her on a journey to discover what meditation is about and finds her learning the marvelous practices of meditation, skills which she is hoping to teach her older brother in an attempt to combat their sibling rivalry. The Arabella Series is based on the quote by the Dali Lama “If every eight year old was taught to meditate, we would achieve world peace in one generation” and is written to bring an awareness of energy healing and practices such as meditation to children around the world. It is my vision to create kind and magical role models for children, to light a spark in them that encourages compassion, forgiveness and love.

A 5 year old boy named James was having fun at recess. He was sliding down the slide and hurt himself. A 5 year old boy named trey saw that he was hurt and started to laugh and walked away. Trey looked over to James and pictured himself in James shoes. He thought about being hurt and something not helping him and just laughing. Trey walked over to James and told him what he thought about. James forgave him. Then they both slid down the slide and were friends!

This is the helpful family, dad, Mom, Older Brother, Older Sister, and the youngest. Every Saturday, this Family happily helps each other at home. This is Dad fixing a broken chair, helped by Older brother, Mom is washing the clothes with older sister and the youngest helping to hang them. after their work, they sit together at the dining table, happily sharing a meal. In the community, the helpful family is reliable. During barangay clean-up drive, they are partners. They also adhere to the "vegetable garden at home" program, so their yard is abundant with vegetables. They use organic fertilizers, making their vegetables truly lush. The helpful family is healthy and active in both eating and working. This family is a good example.

Aber lass uns auch ein paar coole Tricks üben. Vielleicht können wir einen neuen Rekord aufstellen!" Er grinste und machte einen Pirouetten-Salto auf seinem Rad. Die beiden Freunde hatten viel Zeit miteinander verbracht und waren ein hervorragendes Team. Sea brachte Max Disziplin und Geduld bei, während Max Sea half, das Spiel und die Freude am Kunstradfahren nicht zu vergessen. Gemeinsam bildeten sie ein unschlagbares Duo. Eines Nachmittags, während sie im Park trainierten, bemerkten sie eine große Menschenmenge. Neugierig fuhren sie näher und sahen, dass eine berühmte Kunstradfahrerin, die Weltmeisterin Claudia, eine Autogrammstunde gab. Sea und Max waren begeistert. "Stell dir vor, wenn wir eines Tages auch so berühmt werden!", rief Max und sprang vor Freude in die Luft. Die Arena war voll mit Zuschauern, und die Aufregung war förmlich greifbar.
